Very easy. There is a detailed instruction booklet and DVD that walk you through every step of assembly and operation. It takes approximately 40 minutes to set up. No tools are required, except for an Allen Wrench to tighten screws on the frame and that is included with the shipment. You do not have to know anything about tools, machinery or tanks. Loading and unloading will become as easy as brushing your teeth. If anything is done incorrectly during set up or anytime during operation, it will not pressurize. That’s it. Simply call our offices and we will walk you through the steps again. These cannot be assembled or operated in such a manner as to cause harm. Very fail safe. And there is no fire hazard. Plus, if you are in your chamber and see smoke coming into the room (i.e. kitchen is on fire), you can extract yourself safely from the chamber in less than 90 seconds. Making these Portable Chambers very safe for home, office or clinic. And an emergency extraction can be done in less than 15 seconds. Patients will not feel like they are locked into the chamber. These chambers are self loading and self unloading.

Here are two questions I receive frequently: If I order a Vitaeris 320 Hyperbaric Chamber, how long does it take to receive the shipment? Can I ship that directly to a home or office?

Our standard shipping in the US (48) is 5 days via ground.  The freight company will contact you on day 4 and discuss the final delivery location and a 4 hour window of time for the delivery.  We do offer overnight shipping, but there is an extra charge (120 pound shipment).  Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska travel via AIR FRIEGHT and typically take 5 days. Overseas and most foreign shipments are also sent via AIR FREIGHT and take 5 days.  In summary, most shipments are 5 days anywhere in the world. The only exception is when there is some kind of remote location involved. In that case, it could take an extra day or two.

Also, if an order is placed before 3:00PM, the shipment will go out that day.  Under normal circumstances, you will receive it 5 days later. One notable exception to this is if there is a run on orders in a given week. This has only happened a couple times in the past 11 years, and the shipment was delayed 1 week.

We pride ourselves on customer service; that is one of the things we are known for.  Correct and timely order processing and shipment is part of that service. We have had zero issues with order processing and shipping products. If something gets damaged during shipment a replacement is sent right away, usually that same day, most often overnight.
